1. Service Description

Oktoberfest Tent Monitor provides a notification service that alerts subscribers when table reservations become available at selected Oktoberfest tents. We monitor tent reservation websites and send Telegram notifications to subscribers.

2. No Guarantee of Reservations

Important: We do not guarantee that you will secure a table reservation. Our service notifies you of availability, but actual booking depends on speed and availability at the time of booking. Reservations are subject to the terms of the individual tent operators.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at €2 per tent.
• Payment is processed securely through Polar.sh.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Polar.sh account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you will continue to receive alerts until your subscription period ends.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate email and Telegram information.
• Ensure Telegram notifications are enabled.
• Act quickly when receiving availability alerts.
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous monitoring, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for missed notifications due to service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oktoberfest Tent Monitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
