1. Overview
Oktoberfest Tent Monitor is a digital subscription service that provides real-time alerts. If you believe you were charged in error or the service did not function as described, contact us and we’ll review your case.
2. Monthly plan
You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We generally do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by law or in exceptional cases.
3. Season pass
Season passes are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or if the service is unavailable for an extended period.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] with your purchase email and a short description of the issue.
5. Payment processor
Payments are processed by Polar.sh. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, we may pause service access while the dispute is resolved.
